Hybrids with wolf, coyote, dingo, or other wild breed, are not allowed in a multifamily building or on such property, by law.  

Extremely large breed dogs requiring a lot of room to run in, or those that drool excessively, will not be permitted. This would includes, but is not limited to, St. Bernards, Great Pyrenees, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Newfoundlands.

No aggressive dog is allowed.

No possessive or protective dog will be allowed unless it is crate trained and in crate every time it is alone, with no exceptions.  Locking a dog in one of the rooms, is not acceptable.

Vet certificate of health and immunizations are required as well as a pet license, required by the village.
