General Pet Information

All Pets must be indoors or on a leash at all times.

Dogs with even the slightest protective or territorial tendencies, or threat to strangers must be crated when no one is home. This is for our safety should an emergency arise requiring immediate entrance into your home. Although we prefer to give a tenant notice prior to entering a home, there is always the possibility of an emergency, such as a water line break, demanding quick action and requiring immediate access.

Cats must be "house cats" and not be allowed out to wander, for any reason. Cats may be permitted outside provided they are securely leashed at all times, just like a dog.
