FAQ

• We do not accept rent assistance or any other type of financial aid.
• Pets are considered on a case by case basis and additional fees are required.
• Gas and electric are the tenants responsibility.  Currently water and sewer charges are included in the rent. 
• Each unit has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal included.  Washer and dryer hookups are in the basement of each unit but you must provide your own washer and dryer (gas or electric).
